It took me over 10 years to figure this out. I tried all the diet ‘miracles’ for over a decade and only managed to get fatter. All that money I wasted on the pills, teas, wraps, and every other ridiculous diet hack that popped up. Hell, I even tried vitamin B shots in my ass. Geezus that shiz burns like a bitch.

I remember squirming around in my car in the diet doctor’s parking lot every time I got one. My ass was on fire and I couldn’t even get comfortable to drive, so I’d stay parked until the liquid Hades dispersed enough throughout my jiggly ass so I could drive my car without killing myself and every other driver on the road.

I finally had to accept that the shortcut wasn’t all of this gimmicky bullsh*t. All of that stuff just DELAYED my success.

I finally realized that the only way to find success on my journey was to actually f*cking start one.

The shortcut is actually doing the work.

Eating right consistently and working out consistently. Wow, go figure, right?

It took me 2 years to lose 120 pounds. Now that may seem like a long time to you, but I was more than happy with that timeframe. I had just spent 10+ years failing and gaining even more weight. Two years was a damn prize compared to that. Believe it or not, that time really did whiz by. I mean think about how the last 6 months has been a blur. Two years from now will be here before you know it. So yeah, two years? Hell yes.

So don’t worry about how long it’s going to take and just start. And remember... if you put in the actual work, then you’ll get actual results.
